Hex Workshop 6.7.3 unable to start correctly 0xc00007b

Hex Workshop 6.7.3 unable to start correctly 0xc00007b

Sometimes you may stumble into this unexpected MS windows motherducker Error and you can't figure out how this nice application stopped initializing properly from one day to another.
If you are experiencing the same issue , this is caused by the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, maybe you installed a program like Visual Studio or Microsoft related and then it came with lots of VS Redistributable package.

The Solution wasn't easy as I ended hours in my pc (lol I spent half of my time at the pc) looking to find the problem, I uninstalled these redistributables and installed different versions and restarting pc like a freak. Later, I found some .dlls that are vs studio redistributable related on some video that explained how to fix the message error in general: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application." So I took these .dll files and pasted into System32 (and SysWOW64 if you use x64 platform) as explained in the video, after restarting I came to see that still it won't fucking start the app, WHAT A FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT these scumbags bunch of slack-jawed faggots dll files AROUND HERE ..no I'm kidding, LOL. It won't still work but what you should do, is paste these dlls into the Hex Workshop folder files as seen above.

Luckily after pasting these 5 .dll files on the Hex Workshop folder, it will run properly.
I'm using Windows 7 ultimate x64. That's all you gotta do to make it work.

The application could not be initialized

THE PROBLEM:
It is caused by the Trojan Win32/Sirefef.AB or Win64/Sirefef.B (present as consrv.dll)

I've had this problem for a long week, I'm running Windows XP Professional SP2 x64 edition on this machine, and I really spent a whole weekend pissed of because of this problem, tried from expanding system files from my Windows XP CD and messing with the enviromental variables to no avail. As a last try I wanted to make a backup of my files and perform a full Windows format. However I could make this problem to get resolved on my machine and I'm sharing with you what it came up to lighten my day.
SOLUTION
After researching for this problem on the web, my summary for this was, no luck. Yet I tried one last thing, I went to Control Panel -> Automatic Updates, and to my surprise they were turned off. I instantly set them to the first choice "Automatic (Recommended)" and the yellow balloon on the right side of the task appeared to start downloading updates, when it finished, there were 32 updates most of them security patches for frameworks and internet explorer which I proceed for installation. At the end, the following update was my windows saviour "Microsoft Windows Software Malicious Tool September 2013

I was prompted to restart pc, after I logged back onto windows this window appeared and I clicked "View detailed results of the scan":
If you are having this problem, it is totally because of a malware infection, the Trojan is called Sirefef and can be present in 32 or x64 machines, if you want to download the microsoft removal tool for Sept. 2013 from direct site, go here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/malicious-software-removal-tool-details.aspx

After the removal tool did its job, I could finally open the Add or Remove Windows Components, one main reason why it attacks the windows component manager (sysocmgr.exe) is because this Trojan seems to be present on the Internet Explorer browser, since I experimented rare and awful surfing, any website I tried to navigate, it closes the browser and opens a Download dialog with a file named with the website name, also the home page had a bunch of weird parameters after the google.com. The first thing that could came to your mind is uninstalling internet explorer, and it's only possible through the windows component manager if you're using Windows XP SP2, so I believe that's the reason why it attacks the sysocmgr.exe.

If your problem persist after you installed the removal tool for september 2013, I recommend you keep researching on how to unistall the Sirifef malware, you can use TDSSKiller as one way to remove, more info on how to remove this piece of shit virus here: http://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-sirefef-trojan/
